Mark Collett

A calm voice in complex moments

I'm Mark Collett, a mediator with deep roots in conflict resolution, people development and human behaviour. My career spans private mediation practice, running a national mediation firm, senior leadership in the corporate world and now directing ADR Technology Group, a technology-driven Alternative Dispute Resolution company.

I hold a Masters degree from the University of Stellenbosch, focused entirely on alternative dispute resolution, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR and Financial Management and a BA Honours in Social Science.

My experience spans mediating civil, family and workplace disputes referred by courts, law firms and direct clients. I also bring extensive coaching and mentoring experience from corporate environments across South Africa and internationally, alongside a rare blend of formal ADR training, strategic leadership and genuine empathy for the people I work with.
